I worked on the c++ work think it was part of the accredited work but the accredited people were working on the blueprints in unreal engine 4 which i already had some experience doing while i was doing the work experience courses in AIE C++ was a little challenging but i got a good understanding it’s just like blueprinting with more detailed commands.
blog 2
i continue with the c++ work as i already started it and i also started the accredited blueprints course that i was suppose to do.
blog 3
i found it challenging making the second door move but not make it a sliding door for some reason the when ever i tried to get the door to move it didn’t even though i put in the exact coordinates for the door to move

blog 1 Python what I’ve learnt
Finding the right codes to make it work was hard. There were billions of entries to put stuff under to make it work. Figuring out where to put all of it was also quite challenging. It would sometimes come up with errors when you started the coding. I tried to solve these problems by putting the codes in the right places E.G exiting the game would be at the end and stating the game would be at the start. I used string manipulation so making to bits of coding into one.
blog 2 Motivation
The most hours I have on a game is Call of Duty Black Ops 4. this is a FPS (First Person Shooter) Multiplayer Game. The game has a battle royale mode called blackout its like the Hunger games but instead 24 people its 100 people and it is played online. The game can be played Offline but you can’t Play the Blackout mode.
I would grind for hours to get to prestige 1 so my motivation was to get a high level prestige and getting good and familiar with the weapons in the game. You have achievements for a set amount of kills in a single game and wins in Blackout.
This game uses Challenges to Motivate people. You can Play against People with Similar skill level or Higher Skill level than you and the game can challenge you to get to a higher skill level.
Leaning is used in repetition so if you Know the game mechanics, the guns and the maps in the game you can gain a lot of experience.

blog 3 Gameplay
Looking at Gameplay in Minecraft it is a very repetitive game Every time a Server is Reset or you start a new world you have to get Items that will help you either. if you have a really good character with lots of stuff you can’t transfer that character to another world so your stating from scratch.
in terms of mechanics if you exit a world with other people that are on the server the game will still keep running. But when everyone else gets off the server the server pauses everything until you come back and this includes your single player worlds.
Minecraft can be played on all platforms. PlayStation and Xbox use controllers, Phones are touch screen And Computers use Mouse and Keyboard.
blog 4 Immersion
Assassins creed makes me feel immersed in the game. It is the narrative elements that create this feeling. One way the creates do this is they create a fictional history but also make it so that there is also a history behind the Assassins Creed. This history makes the player feel like they’re part of something believable.
one game i didn’t feel immersed in is Plants vs Zombies. There’s no back story to it and the narrative can be summed up in one sentence: Zombies are coming to kill you unless your plants stop them. It is engaging because your progressing through levels but you don’t get immersed.
Blog 5 Project update
The game that I have decided to recreate is paceman, It’s going to have the same main character but instead of collecting all the dots, there are little objects you need to collect before you complete the game. The enemies are going to be faster, The maze will stay the same. The levels of the game will be faster so it will be harder for the player to get to a higher level. The new name for this game will be escape the Pacman maze and once you collect all of the items which will spawn in random locations then the items will be different every time. It will still be arcade style. The sound both paceman’s sound and his death will be the same, the music will be different and there will be a game over sound track The colours on the screen will be the same as the original.
